Attention New Students:
To expedite your vaccine clearance, bring your immunization records to New Student Orientation. The day of Orientation screeners from the Health Center will review your records and help determine your status.
The California State University Board of Trustees requires that:
- All students born on or after January 1, 1957 must show proof of full immunization against Measles (rubeola) and Rubella. The vaccine is known as MMR.
- All new enrollees who are 18 years of age or younger must show proof of having completed a 3 dose series of immunization against Hepatitis B.
Some forms of documentation that show proof of immunization are:
- Immunization Record
