Accreditation
The Student Health Center Staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality health care. We are fully accredited through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), which helps us to maintain and continually improve the quality of health care we provide to you.
The Student Health Center received a full 3-year accreditation in September 2006, achieving the highest ratings in all areas of this comprehensive review. This was a total team effort in assuring compliance with all standards. In particular, the surveyor commented in his review:
"By every parameter this health center provides excellent and high quality care. There is a concern by all staff that the students receive not only high quality, but cost effective care. Patient satisfaction surveys consistently show a very satisfied patient base. Health care providers take considerable pains to stay current with their professional expertise and knowledge."
