Appointments
The Student Health Center typically uses a scheduling method called "OPEN ACCESS". This method is based on the premise of "doing all of today's work today". We hope that this will improve service to you by offering more students the chance to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of when you call - no matter what the reason - whether it be urgent, routine or preventive (ill/injured, routine physical or pap, etc). Variations in demand or clinician availability may limit the implementation of open access.
We offer appointments with a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or the Physcician's Assistant at the Turlock campus and a Registered Nurse at the Stockton campus. We attempt to meet your request. Appointments may be made over the phone by calling (209) 667-3396 or in person during clinic hours. The Stockton campus can be reached at (209) 467-5496.

Patients may be rescheduled or asked to wait if they arrive late.
There is no office charge for appointments for illness or injuries or visits with the Health Educator. However, there is a nominal charge for physical examinations (i.e., athletic, employment, or DMV physicals) or annual (pap smear) examinations.
